Circularity is Second Nature.

We believe in second chances. For people, for materials, and for the systems we build, circularity isn't a trend—it's a practical strategy for long-term resilience.

We're connecting the people, tools, and systems that will make it work. Second nature starts here.

What is Circularity?

Circularity is the practice of keeping building materials in use at their highest value. It means prioritizing deconstruction over demolition and material salvage over landfills. By focusing on reuse and Design for Disassembly, we treat our built environment as a continuous resource rather than a source of waste.

Get to Know TCN

Toronto Circularity Network brings together people from construction, deconstruction, design, and many other fields with the goal of promoting circularity thinking. We do this through events, workshops, and lectures that connect like-minded people to a variety of circularity topics and actions. TCN advocates for forward-thinking change that gives value to our built environment and the materials already in-use.
